The flourish movement specialises in improving the wellbeing and effectiveness of school leaders and their staff. It is a movement that was started by educators, co-designed with educators and driven by our passion to support an amazing group of people who do a vitally important job.

This will be the first full program offered in Victoria, following a Swan Hill rural cluster pilot of the program conducted in 2020/21. This program will be run out of the VPA offices in North Melbourne and we are limited to 30 places.

The program will commence in Term 1, 2023 with a research phase where participants keep a journal of their daily activities over a period of time. There are then four full day face to face workshops, comprising of one day in Term 2, Term, 3 and Term 4, 2023 and then a final day in Term 1, 2024.
