Connect Members Review the foundations of our membership base and create a platform to promote wider interest and increase the number of members.	Unite Members Work together on common projects and develop a sense of belonging to a valued inclusive organisation that supports and listens to its members.	Facilitate Collegiate Support for Members Promote health and well being of the Principal class. Build a structure to ensure the leadership skills of members are developed. Create and sustain important milestones together.


Provide Professional Services and Support to Members Endorse high level service for members through counselling, guidance and clarification. The VPA provides forums to transfer and exchange professional learning. The VPA guides and support members by providing prompt and clear processes in line with members’ needs.	Advocate For and On Behalf of Members Advocate powerfully for Leaders–position papers and credibility within the DEECD. The VPA gives rational, measured, thoughtful responses based on current VPA policy in a state and federal context. The Victorian Principals Association (VPA) is a professional association that provides management advice, assistance and collegiate support for Principal Class Officers and aspiring leaders. The VPA represents school leaders sharing best practice in Victorian government schools.
VPA Members have access to information, professional development, annual study awards program, and also benefit from the advocacy role undertaken by the Association on behalf of principal class officers and education.
